We’re looking for an enthusiastic person with great communication skills who can interact with our international clients. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Understand and manage client concerns and expectations by coordinating with the operations team
  • Act as a single point of contact for complaints/feedback and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Develop long-term sustainable relationships with client teams
  • Work to improve client satisfaction

Professional Skills:


  • Knowledge in MS office

Qualifications Required:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Education: Any UG Qualification
  • Experience: 0 to 2 yrs.
