HR Payroll

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR professional with excellent communication skills. Candidates must have experience with end to the end payroll process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll management
  • Leave and attendance management
  • Process company payroll and other payments
  • Manage the company books, file income tax, TDS, etc.
  • Exit formalities including the processing of full & final settlements
  • Calculate PF, ESI and make related online payments
  • Assist in PF & ESI, monitor the maintenance of necessary registers and records
  • Ensure HR compliance in coordinating with PF office
  • Maintain employees attendance, salary, leave records
  • Performance appraisal

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in MS Excel

Professional Skills:

  • Grievance handling
  • Practical and creative skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines

Qualifications required:

  • Graduates and postgraduates (MBA/BBA preferred)
  • Experience: 1-3 Years
  • MALE CANDIDATES preferred as travel involved
